  1. A possible bug? Slide text shows on desktop but not on mobile. Theme: Niara
  2. @tommat Thanks for this theme. I remember, hopefully correctly, TB has a feature to alert the customer that a different pack size/combination is in stock when a different combination is clicked. I don't see that working on my Niara based shop. Can you please advise if this is a theme thing and can be fixed easily?
  3. @lesley I hope you are doing well and are back.
  4. Hi, The invoice pdf is attached in customer email whatever option is checked in order status. Niara theme on TB1.1.0 Anyone experiencing this? Thanks.
  5. Done that. Interestingly other modules download fine. Thanks.
  6. Our best wishes are with you @lesley You will be back in full form very soon.
  7. Hi @datakick, it looks like the download link for the free version on the tb store is not working. Can you please check.
  8. I wanted to provide an update that this approach seems to be working well based on my initial tests. I figured the TB SMTP bit and use Postfix queue to create emails quickly. By having a small delay to send, I believe the email is created right away and placed in a queue instead of holding up the order confirmation until negotiating with the receiving server to send the email is complete. I have to test a little more but believe this addresses the order confirmation delay, without reinventing the wheel for a new queue mechanism.
  9. Hi, When multiple email ids are given one per line, they all get concatenated into one single line when you go back and look at the configuration. Thus sending emails to the right ids fails. I tried adding one email id per line with a carriage return after each id directly updating the database and it saves fine. However email only goes out to the last email id in the list. This worked fine before. Any ideas please? Thanks.
  10. @30knees No, I don't use phplist with tb. I doubt phplist will be a good tool for transactional emails. However I believe you could export and import users and newsletter preferences. I remember there was also a php script you could call to add members to phplist, that I had used elsewhere many years ago. For my original point of queuing emails for orders from tb however, I have now added delay to the configuration in postfix, since I run my own mail server. I believe this should allow creation of the email quickly but deliver it leisurely, not holding up the order completion. However, I have hit a snag in that presta/tb don't seem to work well with SMTP email, so I am sticking to phpmail until I can sort this out.
  11. Do the shop (from) and customer (to) email ids look alright?
  12. @SLiCK_303 @datakick Hi. It appears the product review links in the email need to change somehow. The current link for any product does not open up product review page. Further the link does not show existing reviews - the section under reviews is blank and the button to write a review is hidden too. I see the current link in email is like: https://example.com/cat1/prod1#post_review
  13. Maybe an issue with email links, posted in the other thread:
  14. No, it is enabled. Works correctly on mobile chrome browser. Doesn't work on gmail's default browser.
  15. @datakick I noticed reviews don't show up in the default android gmail browser, neither the existing reviews/ratings nor the button to write a review. I was signed in. Works correctly when the link is opened in chrome on mobile. Please take a look.
  16. Thanks @toplakd Per the issue discussion on github, this is indeed an issue on 1.0.8 and is fixed in the current release. Will test and post back.
  17. I don't remember the tables. You could dump the database structure to SQL and look for presence of shop id in the tables.
  18. I would create a test copy of the front end and the database, disable multistore, manually remove all other shop data from tables in the database and then do a migration. We did something similar successfully but don't have the steps written down now.
  19. @datakick Is it correct that one user can post a review on a product and edit it afterwards? Would it not be nice for one user adding more than one review periodically on a product, somewhat like votes? In shops that have limited products that get resold often, it would be quite useful.
  20. I think I found the solution. I can confirm this is an nginx setting and not a thirtybees issue. For anyone who has this issue, try adding the following lines to the nginx configuration within the server section: fastcgi_buffers 16 16k; fastcgi_buffer_size 32k; Thanks all.
  21. Hello @Traumflug Found this in nginx logs - does this provide any direction? Looks like an nginx config that needs tweaked?
  22. This continues to be a recurrent issue. Please see attached. My tb is fairly stock and I am community theme - can anybody guide on trouble shooting this. Thanks.
