If a newsletter module permitted you to specify the outgoing server, I guess. I contacted @Eolia about this feature for his newsletter module but unfortunately he's not replying.

Hi, Are there any decent alternatives to SendinBlue and MailChimp for newsletters / mass emails? The only requirement we have is: - Bi-directional sync of newsletter subscriptions between the service and the shop. We can't send mass emails from our normal email server. Thanks!

Could someone point me in the direction of where to translate the tab name? It is 'Reviews' for me in my target language and I've translated all 'Reviews' entry under Translations>Installed module translations>My language to the target language. Thank you! Edit: Translations somehow simply didn't get saved. All good now. 🙂

I'm not sure. We have the status "paid" that follows "awaiting payment" and in "paid" the option "set the order as paid" is ticked. Or did you mean something else?

The past couple of days I've been getting loads of spam newsletter registrations. I thought they were coming from Block Newsletter v3.0.4, so I disabled the module. I installed the SendinBlue module and I'll be using it to synchronise subscriptions between the store and SendinBlue. The odd thing is that the Block Newsletter module kept on being enabled. Could the SendinBlue module be enabling it? Is the Block Newsletter module necessary to collect newsletter subscriptions in the account creation (there's a box there for that)?

A brief update: It seems to work rather nicely. 🙂

It seems to me that Mailchimp generally doesn't work too well with tb. For example, Amazon customers are added as unsubscribed contacts. Also, there isn't a sync from Mailchimp to the tb newsletter database when a customer unsubscribes. At least in my store it's a total mess.

I'm using PS Affiliate v1.2.1 - by Active Design. It's ok. Not the smoothest UX but gets the job done.

I apologise for not being active here sooner. My 'real job' is keeping me super busy and all I do for my shop right now is restocking when needed and answering customer emails. I'll hopefully have time to test the last two weeks the year and I will definitely try to test sooner. I will report here, even if community support has ended. Again, thank you so very much.

@dynambeeWhen I login to PayPal and go to order details I see the tb shop order number, which PayPal calls invoice number. Is there anywhere else you'd like me to look?

I'm on Mollie v3.3.5 and also Bleeding Edge. @dynambee's reasoning sounds like it could be what's happening (thanks!).

This is happening again lately, always with PayPal orders. Has anybody else noticed this?
