  1. Same problem here with IT language. The mail/en directory includes index.php and lang.php... "it" directory not. Why is this happening? Is it possible to fix this so no future thirtybees shop owners will have to deal with it?
  2. I opened this issue: https://github.com/thirtybees/thirtybees/issues/479 thirty bees 1.0.4 (upgraded following the blog article) I changed the invoice address of the customer AFTER the order was created and the PDF invoice displays the updated address. I think that it needs to display the OLD address. I think that invoice needs to be "STATIC", or at least with the possibility to be manually modified but not dynamically modified with updated customer info.
  3. thirty bees already overcame all the other cart software and now is behind only to WordPress, Drupal and Joomla. I already reported to the webmaster that those three are not alternatives to Prestashop as they are CMS and not cart solutions...
  4. @wakabayashi said in Free Module: Loyalty Points [genzo_krona]: You can save them in the backoffice. When multiple language are used, the normal dropdown will appear. Right!! I didn't enable the additional language yet. ;) thank you
  5. @wakabayashi said in Free Module: Loyalty Points [genzo_krona]: @FooLab Thx for the info! I have added the translations directory. Does it now work for you? Thank you, I'm going to translate it and then I will public the translations there. A question: how can I translate "actions" for more than 1 language?
  6. I would like to add the Italian translation on the GitHub, but I can't see the translation directory. @wakabayashi can you help me?
  7. and remember do thumbs down "wordpress", "drupal", "joomla" and "etsy" as they are not Prestashop alternatives (like woocommerce and virtuemart are).
  8. With your votes, TB is7th now. Some days ago TB was not on the first page. Continue to vote it here: https://alternativeto.net/software/prestashop/
  9. Sendy con segment too and can be integrated with Zapier too. I don't think that you need so much email design right know a good mail template is enough. With sendy once you have a good and simple responsive template you don't need to design every send... and maybe someone from the community can stand up and help you with that. About maintain Sendy.co I don't think that is too much trouble as is not even near to be a mail server... paying 12$ instead of 1200$ is a big deal! :D @lesley said in The State of thirty bees: Also we use mailchimp to deliver all of the forum emails as well. Our server could not handle that much email. With Mandrill, right? About forum email notification you can use something like the Sparkpost. You can configure it as SMTP and is a lot cheaper if not free. First 15K mail every month are free (I happily use it in some forum I admin). If needed the sparkposts paid account costs only 9$ for 50K sends. Mandrill costs 20$ every 25K sends. I gave you same info, you choose! ;)
  10. Mailchimp Account costs $1220 Evaluate Sendy.co as an alternative to Mailchimp! What costs 1220$ with Mailchimp can costs 12$ with Sendy.co So you can save money and with some hours "earned" from the 1129$ saved (Lifetime sendy.co license costs 59$), develop a module to sync Sendy.co with TB => more $$ saved from TB merchants = a little more donations to the TB cause!
  11. @wakabayashi said in Forcing customer to choose an attribute: It's an old pain, which was reported for years. Many merchants wish, to force the customer, to choose an attribute. I wondered what would be the best solution? How should it look like? I made a first attempt: https://clean.genzo.ch/de/gifts/soap How do you like it? I think that can be a quick solution about that problem, but a module that forces and guide customers is better.
  12. are you working for EMERGE App? Prestashop integration is working in progress https://emergeapp.net/integrations/... and I can't see thirty bees logo. EMERGE use module of webservices? I tried to search for "James Bard" from "Love for Jewellery" it seams to be a client of EMERE but I can't find him anywhere on the web I searched for his photos too... and this happened.
  13. @MockoB we already read what do you think in other threads... please stay in topic with this is you are interested. We are already talking about devs commitments in other threads. Please.
  14. I tried again and now it worked like a charm! I think that the first time I missed a step.
  15. Why? TB is not a PS alternative? I think that this can bring more people to the project and can be a good way to attract a little more devs/merchants/donators.
  16. A good way to make thirty bees known is to vote to it as a PS alternative here: https://alternativeto.net/software/prestashop/ You can login with facebook, github and other services. You can vote with thumb UP and DOWN hovering the mouse over the other PS alternatives and LIKE thirty bees clicking on its Like Button. Maybe is only a little help... but you are going to invest only 5 minutes!
  17. @drmasterchief said in I will say goodbye: new business model ?!?!?!
  18. @rubben1985 said in Suggestion to generate more income for TB: Another idea, A good one: Free marketplace for all developers (like sunnytoo and his TB panda them). How much money are you doing now anyway? Create a big marketplace. I suppose most of developpers would accept to have a free place to sell. This big marketplace+big community (with all the advices given in the different topic) will make grow the project. Monetize marketplace later. Services can provide money until then if you need some income. THIS!! This is something that is lacking prestashop... a marketplace DIRECTLY connected to the community. Take a look here: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/ this is the marketplace of xenforo platform... if you go inside a resource you can see what I'm talking about: written reviews and not only "stars", a thread connected to the resource where talking about the addon, getting a little of community support and asking public question to the developper. I think a thing like that can be a killer application for growing the thirtybees community... and this is why I asked for a bridge/connection between thirtybees and xenforo (IMHO the better forum out there). MANY forum admins with large forums are struggling to connect xenforo to a FULL e-commerce script and TB can really benefit from this.
  19. maybe if there's no traffic you can't see differences.
  20. WOW!! If this is not against TB code standards and is not breaking anything, how about to include in the core?! how about PR on GitHub?
  21. so do you think that this is not going to happen? https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/1571/progress-sharing/15
  22. @unica-e-shop how did you solve? can be useful for future reference
  23. @lesley said in Progress sharing: Starting the first of April I am going to try to do a progress post every two weeks letting people know what we are working on. Better to start at April the 2nd or people will not trust you! ;-)
  24. I think that the password is managed by WordPress and not by nodebb. A solution is logging out and then ask for a new password with the lost password feature.
  25. @hubbobubbo said in Progress sharing: After 18 days without any commits on github I would just like to repeat my initial question. Would it be possible to get any kind of status/progress information on how the 1.0.4 work is coming along? I would really like to help with testing it but since my previous attempt of installingRC1 did not work I am holding on for the official release. I can see recent commits on public and private repositories... https://github.com/firstred?tab=overview&from=2018-03-01&to=2018-03-21
