Hi As my knowband checkout is rubbish and failing terribly I thought I would try this as I have panda. I used this post and all goes well until I get to carriers.As you can see by image there is nothing there.. I went though all the files again to make sure I did it right ..Even tried changing OrderController.php to orderController.php. If I put it back into 1 step checkout all is OK ..What could be the issue

Seems that way .. I now have 2 cart modules that don't work

Had a old customer call me up and said he was having issues going though checkout , I got him though it then he had problems paying with PayPal (the Prestashop version) but it wouldn't let him pay saying address was missing.. The TB version just sends me to a not found page .. Explains why I have had so many abandon carts...Thing is if I use them all works fine so I think nothing is wrong

No it's different ,but have disabled it for now ... Just can't afford to keep spending money as have made 1 sale in 3 months

Did you get the module.. Checkout has been the bane of my life ever since I changed over ,I really need this 1 to work as the paypal module doesn't work either

Firstly delete your admin page ASAP ...I would also change it now I can't for the life of me remember what I did to get it back when I lost my password and couldn't reset ..But first try reset 2nd I managed to find this ,maybe give this a try https://mypresta.eu/en/art/tips-and-tricks/a-better-way-to-restore-prestashop-admin-password.html Also maybe try updating to the latest version if you are able to

Sure thing .on it's way.. It has been adapted by nochex as well but obviously there is still a issue. Sorry should also add I am on the latest versions of TB and Panda with a slightly older version of Knowbands Super checkout

Hi I have just had a customer call about ordering a product. He said he couldn't get onto my checkout page and kept getting a error. I luckily have the log on as customer module and once I had logged in it seems he managed to as well.Now I don't know if it is a coincidence or not.. So was wondering how I could go about testing this as it works fine for me every time

I'm not sure if he is .. I think he is working on TB stuff .. I'm just waiting for it to work so I can use it...It works great on my other site , that is if I get any sales on it

I'm still waiting for additional product text as my 1 copy has never been used due to incorrect adding up of totals

Thanks. I just needed to check first as changing from Zencart to Tb has killed off sales to almost nothing. So trying to think of ways to improve it

That has happened to me before as well and worked fine on live view. But glad you have gotten it fixed

Hi Can I ask what is the correct way to change product names so I don't loose any SEO efforts I have already done.. At the moment I have simple headings and I want to make them have more information if possible. For example a title may say "Blue Cup" I am thinking of saying "Blue Glass Cup From UK" or even just "Blue Glass Cup" So they know it's made of glass and it's a cup from the UK. But do I have to redirect products and get them changed in google etc etc

Have you tried in live view ..Don't actually know if it is possible though for this module

mmmm I just renamed the first file images under overrides / classes and it's working now . Seems to be coming from a module called imagehover which hasn't been installed before now ....Why would there be a file belonging to this in overrides

Have just come across a new error while trying to add images to a new product Anyone have any idea " If I turn on Debug I get I disabled the JSON module but that didn't help Just tried a refresh with debug on and this came up as well

I can't as I tried, entire admin goes to server error 500 ..Only thing left is to restore and reset-up. Also can't seem to be able to swap between popular and best seller tabs (not sure what you would call it)
