Have tried again ..uploaded files / choose use this theme / then get this message ..1 go into theme config and choose use gamegear then get a 500 page now my website looks like this Also cannot get to performance page to clear cache ..All admin is 500 server error ..have to do a restore and resetup my website

No idea... Takes me around 2 hours to get my site back to normal again as everything gets messed up

Hi I am trying to install another theme on my website and I keep getting a Config.xml error.. I've tried the new niara theme and another theme with the same result.. It appears in admin but I just can't install it.. Not sure if it is related but both times I have tried my original theme gets completely reset so it takes ages to get it back to some sort of working state, even after a restore.. Both were latest versions of TB and theme

As a test try and remove email from from customer contacts in admin ... I've had to do that because as soon as I put a email address in there I get flooded with 100 + a day or 1 every 5 minutes.. I think it is down to your hosting like mine ...Am trying to move to another once I can find a decent alternative

Does anyone know why google has so few links compared to Bing .. This is despite Bing using google for indexing my products .. It's been roughly the same for the past 8 months. More curious than anything else

Have you turned on debug mode in Admin to see if it generates a error

Have you checked your images in admin .. I had a similar issue as well

I also have Panda but mine don't have the panda_ in front , they are like your last 2 .. ..Suppose you could try that and see what happens . Just remember to clear your Cache

Have you tried slide captcha .. I just hate reCaptcha.. Don't know if it's worse or not but it seems to work

Don't know really , information like that isn't really a frequently asked question. It's more important than that . It should have it's own heading and even on the home page as it's something to boast about and maybe a image link on each product pointing to that

And with that I have found the issue ...Went back though everything I had done in the past couple of weeks .... It's a module "Super Abandon Cart"...Been UN-installed. Another thing ticked off my list ... Now just have to work on the chex module

I do have Store Contacts ..Is that it ... I've filled it all in with my correct address etc ,as a google search said that could be a issue. Weird thing is it was working fine up until December. So between then and now something has changed It also seems to have changed format as before it has the address twice on the top ,now only once
