I thought I'd share some unfortunate, in my opinion, support experience with @Prestalia. I got their Amazon Sync module some months back, which I'm principally happy with. It's been smoother than @Common-Servicesmodule, which I switched from. However, I'm now suddenly getting an email from the module that says "error: country_not_active". I didn't change anything in my shop nor in Amazon settings. I checked their manual and the FAQ to find out what this exactly means. Unfortunately, the error message is neither mentioned in the manual nor the FAQ. So I thought I'd ask what the error message means. They replied that I can purchase an extension of their default 3 month support. I am more than happy to do so for 'proper' support. But simply telling me what the module's own error message means does not qualify as requiring paid support for me. This is rather something that's missing in their manual. Would be happy to hear what you all think. As an aside, developers whose modules I've purchased and where everything, including support, was perfect are: @datakickand @musicmaster. Thank you!

Aha. Heißt das, dass es am einfachsten wäre, einfach den Steuersatz zu ändern und dann nächstes Jahr wieder zurück zu ändern (im Gegensatz zu meiner Vorgehensweise oben)?

Falls für jemand hilfreich, der auch den verminderten Satz weitergeben möchte: Nach etwas experimentieren werde ich wie folgt vorgehen: 1. Neue Steuersätz (Tax rates) einrichten 2. Neue Steuerregeln (Tax rules) einrichten und mit den neuen Steuersätzen assozieren. 3. Die neue Steuerregeln den entsprechenden Produkten zuweisen, entweder über Prestools oder Datakick.

I use a shipping module that introduces in the normal checkout a link that customers can click on in order to enter their address in a special format. In Chex the link doesn't show. I hope this explains it better but if not I can drop you a private note. Thanks!

Hi all, I have two questions, the first for all and the second for datakick. 1. I've noticed that a lot of my customers are confused about how to enter a different shipping and invoice address. Has anyone else noticed this, too? They get confused that after adding a new address the address is saved as both the shipping and invoice address and aren't aware that they can go back to select differing shipping and invoice addresses. 2. Where would I add a button for a pop-up in Chex so customers can enter a special type of address format? The button exists in the customer account area where customers can add new addresses (see screenshot), but it doesn't show in the Chex flow. Thanks!

That was it! Thanks. When it's set I can't login. I had set it a bit prior to uploading the Suite but I was still always logged in, so didn't make the connection.

I just got the Suite and installed it by copying the files into the normal Prestools folder. Now when I try to login I get the error: "Wrong Username or Password, Please Try Again!". I checked the settings1 file and everything is correct. The IP, the user, the password. Any ideas why this is happening?

The English and German versions both show me this in the console, but German works: jquery-1.11.0.min.js:4 [Deprecation] Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user's experience. For more help, check https://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/. What might affect just one language version? The module works.

Regarding the sales per combination statistics, would it be possible / easy to have a column with pieces sold per day? Right now it needs to be calculated by the user based on the date selection, which is easy enough. But if it's there just so that would be quite nice, too. 🙂
