I cant actually see if that is also safari for windows. I think i will have to buy an apple computer to test it in a correct way. Maybe something to ask for a christmas gift :) But reading your reaction there are no known difficulties with apple users?

Also the product imgaes sometimes look weird in Safari: https://www.screencast.com/t/D9fCUdFws7 Most of all i was confused, someone who was browsing on safari couldnt place an order, after he contacted me i advised him to use a windwos computer with chrome(lucky he had it) and that worked well. Is there something i have to do to make it compatible or is it coincidence NB: I tested it with safari for windows as i dont have apple computers ?

I dont know if that is possible with the standard module of thirtybees( i use a paid one from Business Tech) and thatone is very good. But maybe it also works with the standard from TB. Just test it out :)

But with mailchimp its even nicer (in my opinion). Nice email templates, if all set correct you dont have to look after it. You can segment your userlist in many ways. I highly recommend Mailchimp.

I know a simple way, but thats not with mautic . I guess you want indeed to proceed with mautic, so i hope other people can help you out. When i speak for myself, i have bought 3 modules for handling my abandoned carts. They work, but i was not satisfied about the email content. Nowadays i just handle it with Mailchimp, and i am very happy with it. The email templates are nice and clean. The content of the abandoned cart is displayed, as well as some recommendations. So i am using this feature with hapiness. Also the possibility to segment the abandoned carts(and other email marketing campaigns) are realy great!

Its also possible to migrate PS to Thirtybees with this module: https://addons.prestashop.com/nl/migratie-backup/8934-migrationpro-prestashop-to-prestashop-migration-tool.html It works very good and it gives you the opportunity to migrate your data into a clean installation of thirtybees(in my opinion the best way to start)

i have tested this on a thirtybees webshop with the tb module and it works. but i also use this on my mainwebshop which is still on prestashop(waiting till all my needs are compatible with thirtybees) and it works fabulous, i use the module of businesstech on that webshop

i will also recommend mailchimp for newsletters. very easy, nice templates. you can even setup mails for abandoned carts very easy. also tracking, opened, unopened, bounced etc is easy to track.. .. i should give it a try! its much more professional then the most modules ive seen for this purpose

i also had this once, also a very tiny stupid setting somewehere i forgot.... when you get at the age above 40 things remember a bit slower.. i will think and look for you

well i only can guess that there is some setting not the same as the original. Dont know whichone. In 99% of the cases its settings and not bugs

i would like to test but the installation of elastic search on my server by directadmin/plesk i cant find it. Yes i found tutorials which are using codelines to install but i've never done that before this way.

Today i was surprised to get 2 ghost orders. The orders were made of test shoppingcarts which i made a few weeks ago. Both orders came through with a payment error. For the record i was not in the backoffice or at the frontoffice when i got these orders: https://www.screencast.com/t/XxRn21U1VrV I experienced this also sometime ago in 1 of my prestashop shops, and always when its a cart with my own testaccount. It never happened with real customers (happy with that) I couldnt find any error log what could give me a push why this happens. Both orders were carts(abandoned) about 2 weeks ago. Does anyone of you have an idea?
