If it's simple change, we can roll the update soon. Otherwise this will go to backlog, as there are other tasks with higher priority. Currently the module should continue to work, provided you have selected proper API version in your stripe dashboard. 1
Kevin13952 Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 Which is another way of saying "we don't care if you can't process payments, we have better things to do than make sure our ecommerce software can actually function as an ecommerce software and process PAYMENTS" 1
toplakd Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 You can process PAYMENTS, you just have to select proper API version in your stripe dashboard. Can't be more simple than that.
datakick Posted September 7, 2022 Author Posted September 7, 2022 You can process payments if you select correct API version in your stripe dashboard. Since there is a workaround for this issue it does not have such priority as other as some other tasks. Believe it or not, there is a ton of more pressing issues we need to work on. Also, since this is an opensource module - feel free to fix it yourself, or hire a developer and pay him to fix this. Then you can share the fixed version with the community for free. After all, that what you expect from us, isn't it? 1
Kevin13952 Posted September 18, 2022 Posted September 18, 2022 I simply installed the prestashop module for stripe and didn't have to do anything to make it work.
Cassim Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 (edited) FYI, I have been working on getting the module working with the new API. (for the checkout part) For now in early testing the change is working. Hope some will be able to help test it. Edited November 17, 2022 by Cassim 1 1

30knees Posted February 29 Posted February 29 The Stripe module looks good. I prefer to support our tb native / developer modules, though. I'm hoping our native Stripe will be updated (happy to pay for it, too).
