  1. Are you doing Save or SAve and Stay? Not sure why, but I have noticed that on occasion one will work when the other will not Also, recent changes? New modules? TB version? Server changes?
  2. In the manager.php file we have modified this line ‘name’ =>$prod[‘name’] To 'name' => $prod['reference'].PHP_EOL." - ".$prod['name'].PHP_EOL." - Current Stock Level: ".$prod[stock_quantity].PHP_EOL." - Unit Price:£ ".$prod['price_wt'], So our cart now shows product reference, name, current stock, and unit price Looks great The "Unit Price" is the final unit price including any discounts. We have cart rules set up to allow for quantity discounts. Can anyone think of the coding I could use to add the 'base' price of the product without discount and the cart rule name to show?
  3. Just because another website is doing something it does not mean it is legal. This suggests they might not be tax registered and therefore not charging any taxes at all if they are charging tax they have to provide invoices this suggested they are not charging tax at all From their website: Can I get an invoice or tax receipt for my purchases? Our Terms of Service states that our service is only for the sales of products and product rights to customers for their personal, non-commercial use. As a result, we are not able to provide business invoices or receipts for business purchases.
  4. Simple answer is no. As that is not how value added taxes work, then I guess no off the shelf e-commerce solution will allow you to do that Just a thought - have you talked to your accountant? Are you planning to be registered for VAT in all of those countries? If you are not registered for Tax purposed in those countries then VAT may not actually come into it at all? Depends on turnover in each country (Of course Eu is a little different)

  6. Well I have used Prestashop for a lot of years (Since 1.40) and never seen those either - lol
  7. Best to talk to the devs for support In the first instance (presto-changeo I believe)
  8. Should be this but just in case. Advanced Parameters > Performance, Switch Cache off. And make sure ‘Never clear Cache files’ is NOT selected Have you tried uninstalling the newsletter module? Try switching the Enable newsletter and option check boxes to ON, then use the registration form, then switch to OFF and try again Check the PS_Configuration tables for PS_Cusomter _OptIN and PS_Customer_Nwsl to make sure they are set to 0
  9. Have you created a new installation? It used to be shop1.wingate now it is shop.wingate So, just to be 100% certain You have changed the settings in shop? not shop1?
  10. It was only to show that hopefully, imminently, things could change.
  11. 1) We use this: https://www.presta-addons.com/en/prestashop-modules/31-m4-gdpr-compliance-toolkit.html 2) We used to use this, but not sure if it is TB compliant. We stopped because all translations systems now cost for each translation: https://www.presto-changeo.com/prestashop-modules/19-prestashop-website-translator-module.html 3) Ebay we use https://involic.com/ or https://store.thirtybees.com/shop-modules/administration/thirtybees-ebay-intergration-prestabay?search_query=ebay&results=3 but they also have an Amazon module 4) Amazon we use the common-services PS module
  12. Not being a Canadian seller it is hard to be 100% certain. All I can say is that it worked for us wit UK postcodes. We don't use it now as we decided to standardise carriers across all settings
  13. We used to use this module Shipping Costs Based On Zipcodes Pro v3.0.0 - by ProQuality
  14. Thirtybees is based on Prestashop 1.6 it is unlikely modules will work on Prestashop 1.7
  15. You might want to ask the question on the Prestashop forum, this is ThirtyBees
  16. https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/pricing-payments/index_en.htm Price discrimination As an EU national or resident you can't be charged a higher price when buying products or services in the EU just because of your nationality or country of residence. It does allow for currency rates and different shipping costs, but the way I read it is the base cost of the product must be the same
  17. Might or might not be relevant but in the EU is it not illegal to charge different prices based on nationality or country of residence? To me it is not clear whether that means same net price or same gross price. So, if we assume the same gross price then the OP has a point. He needs to set a gross price and the shop software needs to do the background calculations Pleased we have physical products, so much easier (ahem)
  18. What a great module - I hope you manage to get it working. I'm very interested myself I do note that it has not had any updates for a couple of years, and that was for PHP 7.2 bugs. what PHP version are you using? Perhaps frop to 7.2 to check? Did you ask it it is TB compatable? I know in theory it should be.....
  19. Where did you get the module from - can you link?
  20. Yes, this module Not sure what you mean about modifying default theme, works exactly like PS that you are used to. We purchased the Panda theme tough which is great

    New To This

There is an add to cart button for me, so try clearing your browser caches Also, PayPal fires up and goes to sandbox so seems ok.
  22. Yep, forgot that bit. Tax is soooo complex. They should do away with all tax - HAHAHA
  23. And inter EU VAT is also awkward So if you are in Danmark and your customer is in Cyprus with a valid VAT number then they should not pay tax (obviously they can only have a vat number if they are a business)
