Missing cart after migration

We migrated a prestashop multi-store jointsystems.us which went surprisingly smoothly with the exception of one module authorize aim 2.0 by DH had to be uninstalled to install update.  Upon completion when testing front end for purchase, after clicking on product add to cart there is no response.  In the configuration details there is one note though the auto updater says all files are up to date?

Obsolete files are usually harmless. Only a few exceptions, like template overrides, change behavior.

The file you found is apparently a log file generated by some non-thirty-bees code, so it'd be better to look into it, act on the error reported as necessary, then to delete it.

The errors are were from 2017 and early 2018.  Deleted the file and refreshed the check but the one error still showed up and the cart is still missing?

What do you mean by 'cart missing'? The block is not shown in the theme or the popup does not display?

Did you try uninstalling the old PS cart module and then reinstalling the TB version which has few code changes?

Also what theme do you use? Do you have ajax enabled for it? Did you try to clear cache (both BO way and manually in /cache/smarty/)?

When you click on an item to add to cart there is no response.  No pop up.  In an other migrated shop the cart does popup bt when you get to payment there is no credit card choice, though authorize aim is configured with all cards checked marked?

You will note we are also missing most of the product images that did not make the migration.

Could you disable the smart cache for javascript and some other optimizations in Advanced settings->Performance?

There are some javascript errors and with the optimizations it is not possible to determine which files cause them.

In addition you might consider switching off pretty urls. 

The file system and the database for images are exactly the same for Prestashop and Thirty Bees. So I would consider the fact that most product images did not make the migration a rather serious problem. It is a common problem that images need to be regenerated after a migration or a change of theme. But in your shop the images I checked are really missing.

Have also a look at your shops with Prestools. As it works directly on the database it will provide a good indication to what extent your problems are in the database and to what extent in the software and shop settings.

Turned off cache, did not know what to do with the other boxes so I turned them off too.   Strangely the modules list at the bottom of this page are all highlighted in red?

The javascript error is in Jquery and I can't find what the real origin is. 

My prime suspect - for lack of better - is your highdpi/highres code. Could you try what happens when you switch that off (don't forget to clean the cache after you do that)?

Thanks!  we now have a shopping cart, but when I go to check out but there is no choice for credit card choice.  Wil try resetting that module.

Both ups and fedex are configured and online.  In shipping carriers  there are about 20 options for ups and fedex delivery?

The no carrier problem has been fixed but we are still not getting a choice for CC secure checkout only wire and check?

Yes it is installed and configured.  One strange thing though is at the bottom of the config it says waiting for cod validation.  When I change it to shipped or payment error and save it, it does not change?

community-theme-default version 1.1.0  after making the previous adjustments the theme pictures had to be reinstalled.

First of all - after the migration all duplicate modules by PS are still there. You should go through one by one and uninstall and reinstall the TB ones.

If you have done this and you have no problems other than the missing images and missing payments by card you are ready to proceed.

For the images - try going to Images - there set the proper settings as you need them and Save. Then back on the same page regenerate all the thumbnails.

For the missing payments - do you have all the proper settings in Modules -> Payments. All currencies supported and all groups should be enabled for the selected payment module to show when needed.

Regenerated the thumbnail images.  Uninstalled the prestashop modules if a TB module was available.  "   Only have bank wire, authorize net and check payment modules installed.  The only one that is prestashop is the check as there was no TB module.

Fixed the error by first resetting shipping estimate module and when that did not work I uninstalled it and reinstalled it which fixed this errror.

Still Card processing does not show up.  Have reset and  authoize net multiple times.

It's not a module. It's a submenu under Modules. :)
