and even if... I don't think that's a concern or a bad thing, let the team work 🙂

Such headlines are poison for search engines. Can you please change it?!

Petr is around and working on TB stuff (some stuff may not be visible in GitHub). He is about to go on leave soon for 3 weeks.
I'm curious though (perhaps I'm in a cheeky mood), if the Trusted Members here have seen this post?

If we constantly worry about TB being dead, maybe we should try to do something? Like help if we haven't already?
And if we have helped already (which is sincerely appreciated and awesome), maybe we can make a post there and encourage others to do the same?
And maybe just maybe we can get another Petr or two or three + some new features, bug fixes, and other cool stuff while we're at it?

This is just hypothetical, right? Or do you have any powerful prestashop/thirtybees in mind? Cause my company is steadily growing and I am considering hiring a full time dev. If I can find a suitable person. He would ofc also contribute to the core.

We'd like to get to this point, so it's not hypothetical. But right now it feels a bit far away. It would help if more of the community members jump in and support TB, so we can actually achieve this and make TB even better.

Perhaps they can be encouraged a bit on that post by members who support and believe in this project?

Sorry, I didn't write my question clear enough. With hypothetical I meant something different. I wanted to ask, if you have some specific Dev in mind? Cause for me it's not so easy to find someone similair to @datakick. Of course there are some Prestashop devs out there, who would like to get the job. But I need someone who is really a powerful dev, that writes clean, maintanable and secure code.

Hi @wakabayashi

If you're still looking for somebody that is strong and reliable, you can DM me. I know a very good module developer. He's not a Core developer though, but is very good nonetheless.

As there is an update that there is work being done behind the scenes I don't find any reason for this thread to be pulled up.

Of course it will remain open but if you have some issues with your installations - bugs, etc - you should file them in github so when work commences on bugs again they get resolved quickly. If you have found a solution for your bugs - even better - put it again on github.

What is the point of forum when everything must be in github ?

every head a universe is a latín american saying. For some people it is important.
For all fairness many channels have laid low and dormant for some years.

The point of github is to optimize the work of the developers supporting the platform. If you want your problem to be fixed quicker you'll take the 'extra effort' to register a github profile and submit your issue there.

Otherwise we should have separate person gathering issues here (some of which can't be replicated on third party installations due to module conflicts) and you can imagine this will be far from optimal.
