  1. Your hosting is probably doing some changes.
  2. Don't take it as a subscription or paid service. Take it as a gift from the maintainers to the community of supporters that help fund (at least for now) VERY SMALL part of the expenses behind this project. If you don't want to subscribe you can still use every other part of this software for free and I have not seen any announcements regarding changes in this area.
  3. This module does not support php8. If you already rolled back to your backup set your php version to 7.4, update TB core to 7.4, install Collectlogs module and observe the warnings that this module will rise. Fix the all the issues that are generating during 7.4 and then BACKUP again and try an update to php8.

  5. You have to install one of the two included email transport modules (find them in the modules catalog) and configure them. Then you can test in Advanced Parameters - Email if the system sends out emails, right at the bottom of the page. This was moved out of core in 1.5 as the library that was used was outdated.

  7. Working for me also. It was most probably some local caching issue with your browser. Please, note - don't use the full page cache in Performance as it could bring such issues. You can set up Redis server or apcu caching and use the other 2 types of caches.

  10. 1. Does it keep track of pack sales also? If I sell 10x of certain product but the product pack has no set supplier as it relies on products with set suppliers does it calculate those sales? If it does not track them what happens if the products in the pack come from different suppliers? 2. Could we have in future supplier MOQ and Minimal stock levels settings? Lets say we have a discount for full box of certain item and we wish to order only per said quantity but by piece for other items from that supplier. Minimal stock levels should be set by the merchant (per product/reference) and if the quantity on hand drops lower than the said number, the difference should be suggested always even if the calculation does not offer it. 3. Can you describe this setting? Why the default was only Canceled? And should we keep it that way? 4. I assume that all settings for costs in the module Settings take into account the default currency and not the supplier default currencies? 5. When adding a supplier and then supplier references could we automatically pick the currency based on the selected supplier default currency? Currently the drop down shows the default shop currency and we have to fix this every time if both are different. 6. What do Safe stock and Reorder point mean?
  11. If I purchase the paid version and install it will I keep my reviews from the free version? I would like to start sending out review emails. And one quick bug report - page revws - AllReviews displays reviews even for disabled products.
  12. Increase your memory limit to the maximum possible (just for the update) and try again.
  13. What happens if you click refresh or switch between month and mont -1? (or any other combination that you prefer)

It would be a nice addition to have options which items to track - currently it only tracks desc and price but each other product property is vital too - ref, association, combinations, even shop association, etc. For multi employee shops this is a must module! Thank you for creating it! Also If we can set period for the history it would be nice, a cron that runs xx a week/month to delete any history records older than xx days would be a nice way to automate this.
  15. Probably this is why it's not showing. You will have to up your php to at least 7.4. I'm running it at 7.4 and will soon update to 8.x after I fix some issues with 3rd party plugins. Hopefully you don't have some modules that cause problems on higher php versions.

  17. Try Custom target and then select 1.5. For me it shows both in Stable and in Custom.
  18. Update by the core updater. (and of course - backup your DB and files manually before that!) Core Updater module will download the needed files for your current PHP version (if no settings changes are made to the module). This file is an installation package that is compatible with php7.4 and above.

After you update to 1.5 you'll have to remove tbupdater module (uninstall and delete it from your local install, it won't be needed anymore) - code minification and email sending functionalities were extracted from core so after you update to 1.5 you will have to choose one of two email modules and install the code minification module. Email modules configuration follows the same settings as they were in core up until now and the minification settings are kept in the same place.   21. You can not delist the native modules from this list. You can uninstall and delete a module you installed from this list but it will show again on the next refresh. If you uninstall and delete an external module it will not show in the list.
  22. As I remember this fix was introduced at the current edge (so after 1.4 official) and it's normal for you to have to apply it manually. After the merchant uses post 1.4 edge everything is OK.
  23. I had exactly the same problem. The solution worked perfectly for me and since then I have no more issues.
  24. Big Pharma does not give 5 cents about your site. Probably some "eastern European" or Chinese hackers are probing you. In order to try and heal high usage you can try the free tier of Cloudflare and if they try to hit your BO page rename the folder and install and enable recaptcha module for all input forms. And don't forget to update to the latest TB edge version (many major and medium security hacks were fixed since the last official version).
  25. No, my shops have all the goods in my warehouse so I don't need supplier lists. I can see this helpful for dropshipping retailers. But in the same time the customer sees 2 orders with the same number, pretty confusing. Probably this order splitting should be made differently, even if they expect 2 orders from 2 warehouses. I had it like that because when I started my first shop I had ASM on and all products where there. As years progressed I saw few bugs (that I don't even remember now) and started clicking 'enter manually' on each new product. Now ASM is disabled and life is better. Or at least until datakick don't release his warehousing module and I see some cool features that I need (then it life would be better 😄 ).
