  1. This seems to be the "holy Grail" I have been looking for a solution for years and not found anything yet. It is difficult when products are a mix of high weight / low value, and low weight / high value products.
  2. Probably robots just trawling the site to index it. YO ucan use the bad bot module to kill them if they are not following the rules. But could also be more invasive. There are always "hacking" bots out there every minute of every day trying to find the looholes to let them in. If you have your own server - is it protected? For example we have CSF installed to help block these
  3. Answer: Yes. It is in the paid version, though not obvious. I did not spot until after doing some database updates :) Fab module!
  4. Which module is it? Perhaps it is known to one of us
  5. Love the look of this module. We currently use Yotpo free version, but they are badgering to upgrade (they dont really do the free version anymore). And i like the idea of it all being 'inhouse' rather than our customer data going external (what with GDPR etc) The problem is we have hundreds of reviews already in that system. We can download them via CSV file - would it be possible to integrate those reviews into REVWS?
  6. @musicmaster unfortunatley does not show anything that I can interpret - perhaps because there are no errors as such. Just no orders. Nevermind. I give up.I will tell the couriers they are on borrowed time unti i find an alternative solution
  7. Had a quick look, but not skilled enough. I know how to operate console for the page once it is loaded to check generaconsole errors, css effects etc, but how would I see what is happening when I click a submit button? The submit button does not change pages but would populate the existing page. So not sure how to see the results of clicking the button.
  8. Just tried the 1.7 dispatcher file and the import process still does not work In Parcelforce system there is a button to test the API settings and that reports all is well. But when we click the import button it does not give errors, it just says there are no orders to import - but obviously there are. So this is why there are no error reports anywhere. I guess it is time for me to look for another courier. parcelforce are not the cheapest and one of the reasons we stay with them is because of this link -so if it is not working......by by parcelforce
  9. Yes, the CSV file was created by Parcelforce on their own instance of prestashop just to show me that their system works - so nothing to do with our installation
  10. The API key is correct because we feed it into the system. I suppose if it was not correct that server log would not give a 200 code? And it used to work. We have even tried a new key Parcelforce are basically shrugging their shoulders and saying "well, it works for us if we set up a prestashop instance" which is not the best form of support. I have been going throught this now for a couple of months with them. The problem I think is the support team are not the developers they are go betweens and will not give me direct access to the developers I am beginning to wonder if they have changed their system to only work with Prestashop 1.7 (if even that would make a difference??)
  11. Thanks for the vote of confidence. My only other thought, and I do not know enough about this. If the XML schema was different could that make a difference? Ihave tried rolling back to the prestashop webservice file and that does not make a difference
  12. Pulling what is left of my hair out here :( Webserice used to work fine with our courier system (Parcelforce) but has stopped. Courier system developers say there is nothing wrong at their end. To show this, the installed their own version of Prestashop and used the webservice to pull down orders into their system. The produced the attached csv file to show that it works Now from my side. If I go to domain.com/api and enter the key get access to the api. And if i use domain.com//api/orders?filter%5Bcurrent_state%5D=%5B20%5D&filter%5Bdate_add%5D=%3E%5B2019-05-20+22%3A00%3A00%5D&display=full&date=1&sendemail=1 I can see the full xml data as shown in screen print - so I KNOW the webservice works. and i KNOW the courier system works, but SOMETHING must be blocking the two from talking to each other Ourr access logs show these lines when the courier tries to get the orders from the webservice (nothing in their logs) 78.153.247.199 - - [22/May/2019:22:01:44 +0100] "GET /api/orders?filter%5Breference%5D=00000000&display=full&sendemail=1 HTTP/1.1" 200 124 "-" "Zend_Http_Client" 78.153.247.199 - - [22/May/2019:22:01:52 +0100] "GET /api/orders?filter%5Bcurrent_state%5D=%5B20%5D&filter%5Bdate_add%5D=%3E%5B2019-05-20+22%3A00%3A00%5D&display=full&date=1&sendemail=1 HTTP/1.1" 200 3622 "-" "Zend_Http_Client" And sometimes 78.153.247.199 - - [22/May/2019:13:02:41 +0100] "GET /api/order_states?display=%5Bid%2Cname%5D HTTP/1.1" 200 504 "-" "Zend_Http_Client" 78.153.247.199 - - [22/May/2019:13:02:41 +0100] "GET /api/orders?filter%5Bcurrent_state%5D=%5B1%7C2%7C3%7C8%7C9%7C10%7C11%7C12%7C13%7C14%7C18%7C19%7C20%5D&filter%5Bdate_add%5D=%3E%5B2019-05-02+22%3A00%3A00%5D&display=full&date=1&sendemail=1 HTTP/1.1" 200 3718 "-" "Zend_Http_Client" Which shows they are trying to connect. I go to that link and I can see the data. So what on earth is happening . Is this a clue?? HTTP/1.1" 200 3622 "-" "Zend_Http_Client" Not sure what 3622 (or the 506 and 3718) refers to Phpinfo file if it helps: http://u-bolts-r-us.co.uk/phpinfo.php Is there anyone who can help track down the issue? 13. We are VPS but would not have a clue where to start with that. Not a problem we can stick with Store Manager
  14. Yeh - can;t be automated though. No worries. We are using store manager, just a little clunky but works fine
  15. We use this module which seems to do a good job Advanced page cache v1.0.0 - by ST-themes
  16. @datakick - your module says it will work with CSV files soon. Can you say when? Looking to import stock levels and prices only (in thirtybees and prestashop) and another prestashop instance that would also have lots of combinations
  17. Store Manager for Prestashop is a desktop application and allows you to edit orders. It works with TB
  18. Madness - yeah that about sums it up, with clever excel manipulations We currenty have aboout 2000 products we sell online, but we also manufacture with some of those raw products which is why we need the link to ERPNEXT. So M10 washers we mentioned earlier we may have sold 10 on Ebay, 20 on Amazon, 5 on TB and used 150 in our factory! I try to add half a dozen new products are week which are done manually to ERP, TB, PS, Amazon, Ebay before syncing can happen Three times a day (Monday to Friday) a cron activates an automatic export of new orders using NVN Export Orders module in TB/PS and saves them as CSV files to a server. Immediatley after that a Windows task manager activates an excel spreadheet to download those CSV files, combine and manipulate them (to allow for pack sizes etc) and saves an ERPNEXt compliant csv file. At this point our pickers can print invoices from TB and get on with processing them. Manually that CSV file is uploaded to ERPNEXT. Take a few seconds. And then we manually export the newly updated stock and price levels from ERPNEXT to csv file on a local computer - again a few seconds but it is manual. Then Windows task manager automaticaly grabs those stock export csv files into another Excel file that converts them into TB / PS compliant CSV files. And then starts a csv import of new prices and stock levels using Store Manager for Prestashop into TB / PS where an amazon module and an ebay module autmatially updates those marketplaces Obviously that takes manual imput from us during the weekday. Meantime further routines and csv files run a few times a night and at weekends doing a similar job, but instead of working with manually exported stocks from ERPNExt, looks at current unprocessed sales on each platform and adjusts stocks via csv accordingly Oh, and did I mention the added complication of the trade account customers we have that do not buy online but are quoted and sold from the ERPNEx system? Madness you say? yep. And as you can guess the only hair I have left is grey!
  19. All manual. We create the product in ERPNExt and Thirtybees, then update stock about 4 times a day via csv To be honest, because of what and how we sell I am not sure a link would benefit us. By which I mean we sell on Thirtybees individual items, we also have a prestashop installation JUST for ebay where we sell via attributes, and another Prestashop JUST for Amazon where we sell by "Pack sizes" So our main website you can by one M10 washer and one M12 washer as separate items. On ebay they are combined into one auction and pack sizes from 1-100, whereas on Amazon you can only get a pack of 20 washers. Very complicated so I don't think a link would help us too much ;)
  20. it is very good. We currently have to manually export orders from Thirtybees and import to ERP, then export stocks from erp to import to Thirtybees. A bit of a bind
  21. We are trying to amalgamate all the emails we get from thirtybees with our Amazon, Ebay, ManoMano, and our generla email systems into one "helpdesk" system - and of course it has to be free :) Is anyone using the open source OsTicket?
  22. Is it just me, or is the beginning of this thread missing? So can't see the links to the module
  23. Hosts finally admitted there was a problem with the "Glue" forthe nameserver. This has now been corrected so hopefully everything back to normal - well apart for the webservice still not working which was the original problem:(
