if someone have added this override and now update to thirtybees 1.3, please delete the override as it is now included in the core delete: override/controllers/admin/AdminProductsController.php

I took a look and I think I modified with this: The thing is that now in 1.3 that mod is included in the AdminProductsController.php core file and dind't figured out until now. So the solution is as you said delete that override file.

WOW!! I was sure to have only the ones from Panda Theme and instead I have many unknown overrides!! As far I remember I don't added "manual" ovverrides, any idea on what happended? Excluding the Panda Theme ones what can I do to see to what these ovverrides belong to? I also attathed the archive from my override directory. thirtybees_overrides.tar.gz

I checked the DB with coreupdater and I fix all the occurrence but three that I think are not related for this issue. I didn't fixed because are labelled as dangeorus here's the screenshot: The thing is that if I save any item the features got reset with value 1, even if I choose different value for the features. I now added information in the original question post above.

Thank you @veganline but it’s not my issue. In each products page if I go to the features tab I’m seeing that are not set. But instead in the db I see them correctly.

I recently updated to 1.3 and I noticed that all the products are not displaying product features in the backend. (I'm not 100% this happened after 1.3 update) I can see product values in the DB and in the front end. edit1: For example the screenshot below you can see what happened after I saved the item simply changing the quantity, and the same happen also if I try to set a value in the feature too! that menu is very useful for the customers. the majority of customer don't know what the burger menu is and how to open it. 😞 another thing, is it possibile to choose to have a vertical menu?

You can’t from their website too… they are not supporting anymore ps1.6. I already contacted them and they are not going to send it by email. Try yourself I hope the response will different from the one given to me.

I think that if they see some requests from thirtybees users they will start to support officially as I don't think that it's so much trouble for them as they already support PS 1.6. Do you pay their subscription or do you have a lifetime license with support expired?

I think I will go for the involic one. I sent them a mail with some questions and they replied that they will continue to develop the ps 1.6 version (they still support 1.5 too!).

Hello, can you confirm that Prestalia is not supporting thirtybees anymore? Knowing that, we can avoid to waste time and go on with alternatives like Involic Prestabay.

@datakick help me to understand, so the problem is that thirtybees don't want to add merchant edition's copyright in tb files? or it will accept them as long as the PR contains merchant edition copyright?

The main problem I see is that many ps third party developers are quitting their support/development to 1.6 ps (so to thirty bees too).

I think that continue to post some news about the project it’s needed to encourage new shop admins to convert their shops to TB making community numbers bigger. For example if @datakick is sick and doesn’t reply for some week on the forum I think that @Smileneed to write some news to relax the community about it. I think that to get more help from the community the project need to give to the community a stable perception for the long run.
