  1. I believe he needs to have order but simpify it by removing the last step in the process...
  2. No way I'm aware.... When checking out with COD with 1 step checkout mode you have: order summary as normal, client, click on COD, one confirmation page -> click confirm and the customer is shown new page 'congratulations for your new order blah-blah'. So only 1 click more. He's not redirected outside your shop. For me it's the best solution in your case, quick and easy setup, no future hassle...
  3. You can use COD module from Prestashop (I don't know why it's not available in TB). Translate all your text as you need them to show whatever information you need. COD can be translated too so it does not confuse the user. It enables you to complete order without payment of any kind.
  4. Try the fixed file, just back up your original in case it does not work...
  5. At the moment I don't have any shop where the issue is visible but if it works for some people and does not work for two users of Warehouse I believe it should be related to the theme.
  6. 01543224705369notarobot (1).zip Use this free module for the contact page, it has few nice options. But it does not show on the other forms. @Tb developers - can you look into this. I know it's not TB related issue as your captcha module works on the community theme but Warehouse is probably the most used theme and as Marcin is still refusing to look into TB it ties our hands for such minor issues that we don't know how to fix. Probably it could be fixed with the in build hooks or css but I don't know how... Sorry!
  7. Can you test your contact page and see if the form can be submitted w/o submitting the captcha? Because I had the same issue with the tb captcha module on 2 stores using warehouse theme and I don't have time to switch back to the official theme and test if it's theme related issue I have. I had to install the free captcha module from PS forum to stop this spam in our cases but I would like to use the official tb module which adds the functionality to few other vital places.
  8. Now it's working. It shows empty for 1-2 seconds but then it loads the contents...
  9. If you need online payment by the customer and you need to send him/her a link to process it the above mentioned method is the right way. If you have cash on delivery payment option and it's convenient for the user I would leave it as you did it and ship the items. They purchased by phone which is also fine. Asking for passwords is never good, doesn't sound professional with me.
  10. You have bunch of notices visible so probably it's some sort of cache issue - manually delete all cache files (via ftp) and disable your cache. If you're using other caching software (apcu, varnish, etc delete those caches too after update, they are not the main cause here but it won't hurt)...
  11. If it was b2b would he/she need it at the final step? I doubt...
  12. Where should this catpcha be displayed on checkout? During account creation?
  13. You must show prices with VAT all the time. And it must be clearly stated that those include it.
  14. Thanks! I was just curious if such lybraries can be used locally by simply adding a module and runninge a service like imagick or additional server software is neede. On a PS shop of mine I'm using the free resmush.it module which is working fine and I have to test it with TB too.
  15. I was curious and I wanted to ask you something for a long time because you know the inner workings. When we upload product image the system makes couple of new files and when I check my site agains google page speed it always says they can be further compressed. Of course those advices are per their resolution and are most of those savings are from resizing them to lower res but this does not work for higher ones. Can't we use such services like kraken.io or resmushit to file down few more kb off those newly generated jpegs? Something like this resmush module but with more details and probably ajax upload to solve timeout problems like we had with image regeneration was solved in TB? Or can't we put those libaries in imagick module so those image metas be stripped by the module when generating the product images? And not uploaded somewhere and then downloaded - potentially speeding up image upload when creating products. Now if we want to optimize those images we have to pay for kraken and upload the file structure in folders and FTP them back on our server.
  16. @lesley resmush.it had been used in such a module of PS but I doubt the savings count that much.
  17. What 'tuto' do you need? It's 5 minutes to register and obtain key and 30 seconds to put it where @lesley advised... No need for 'ehow' style of tutos...
  18. I read your article but do you think that we need to keep those file indefinitely or we can delete ones that are 1-2 months old as @Traumflug sugested in his PR? Disabling it in developing shop does not mean anything because if there's a bonus as you sugest I would like to have this turned on when I launch...
  19. Every time you touch the generator the quantities of those new combinations are zero-ed... Keep that in minde. It doesn't matter that you had them with available stock just few clicks ago, the patform does them like brand new combo.
  20. Mine is nearly 300 mb and I'm still not working with this shop. @lesley what do you think is the real bonus if any of having those files indefinetly? And does @Traumflug 's suggestion in the PR that one month worth of cache here is fine? This will reduce the size in half for me and probably by much more for active shops...
  21. But if we keep the short format then merchants will have problems when they need the long one. The short can be easily extracted when needed... And yet again- both DHL and TNT refuse postal codes with only 4 numbers for Argentina (personal experience) so in the first case before I pushed this PR I needed to ask the customer to supply additional info.
  22. Are you sure the postal code NNNN works for Argentina? https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/commit/82350a5f2a64835b8b3d2c49a18af64729d3a3f1 And many sites as: https://codigo-postal.co/en-us/argentina/entre-rios/alcaraz-norte/ Every Argentinian customer of mine puts only the new code which is LNNNNLLL. All major courier companies refuse NNNN only.
  23. This has to be fixed in PS before it was forked to TB but I can't be sure.
  24. You will probably have to enable left column in your theme in order to display this block on all pages. If you want to show it only on homepage I think it could be done.
  25. @30knees - if you upload the img folder @ kraken.io it will compress it even further but I would not hassle to do so for 4-5% saved size, especially with the free plan where you can't upload folders. Try resmush.it if you are into this type of stuff. I don't belive that 10kb less data on the product page will rank you first in your niche, many more factors are more important both on desktop and mobile than this. Of course it's nice to see those numbers go higher/lower but most of the time they don't mean anything...
