Hallo, was meinst du denn mit "Fragen speichern" ?

Hi, maybe you will use the search and find: THIS but i dont know if there is the idea tb will do an jQuery or when... maybe a dev can give some details !?
-
...for Android.... - this IS a problem, i did not find a good and GDPR fine solution. I dont want to save such customers data in a bad app somewhere in the world.... For Linux it is easy and safe, you will find a lot.

Hi, i am looking for a module which works with thirtybees and say 'buy for another x EUR and get a freebie' to customers. This means: Most of our items are from 5 - 12 EURO, we have shipping free from 50 EURO and no minimum order, but we will push the customers to buy for more than e.g. 15 EURO and then they will receive an item for free (from our choice). So we can avoid very small orders for lets say maybe 8 EURO.... It is not necessary that customers can choose from various freebies, the choice will be done from us when items are packed and sent. Is there a module which can realize this and works for 100% with tb? I dont think that there is an standard function in the shop for this. thank you
-
Yes i know about this in Gmail (from other causes). It's not useful to use Gmail for such things, even it could be a good service but not for automated shop mails... then it gets to a horrible pell-mell.
-
Great, congrats to this! Your migration seems to be the long way - but important thing is that everything works. Seems to be good and fast, too. I will check some details in your shop the next days, maybe i can find a problem and report to you (dont hope so 🙂 ). Are you using the 'old' Paypal module and/or have you tried the new from tb (released about 2 days ago)?

Hi, you can change the email-templates like described here in my post from 28. May 2018 : https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/1789-1789/editing-email-templates/ (i recommend to change them local on your computer and then upload them by FTP, this seems to be safer than via the online editor)

Urgent help: PayPal module doesn't work for some customers
DRMasterChief replied to cprats's topic in English
So this means there will be a new or updated Paypal module in the next time ? Would be great... maybe you know about the big troubles with this. -
I recommend also to have a 'own' ZIP package on your computer in the correct version, and do database backups and also file backups !
-
Just try to upload it again from your ZIP package, this should be no problem and work.

Yes, as written before - it's the most crucial part. And maybe yes... maybe it can be changed very easily to a smooth modern checkout. Merchants understand this point and it will become much more important in the next months. Merchants will search for such big points and choose their onlineshop system also with such things, as this is the point we earn money or not... I think it has also the same priority as the bug fixes and tb team should have this on the roadmap definitely !
-
Hey guys.... c'mon. Think we understand the point...

I agree to that thirtybees should have a better / modern / functional OPC, which can be a great benefit for the customer and so even for us 💰 (unfinished orders regarding complicated data input, slow checkout process etc...) >>> An good OPC can be a huge unique selling point for a platform like tb - and a 'must have' for the future. There are 2 points for this: - regulations and laws in most of the countries (EU and worldwide) which force merchants not to save customers data (if this is not absolutely necessary for bookkeeping and honestly i think a onlineshop-platform like tb should not save critical bookkeeping data....) - customers want a small, fast and smart checkout, it is not necessary for 90% of them to save data, have a customer account and such things, time is changing and we can see that most of the customers are buying with guest checkout (10 years ago this wasn't). And if it's necessary for them they even can save their data and make an account (this function is available and this is good), but their should be much more focus on the 90% guest checkouts. Since a few months i have the idea to check some modern, big players in the onlinemarket (e.g. clothing, furniture, decoration....) and to 'copy' / reconstruct their OPC for our shop / tb in whole. There are some great, smooth checkouts out there and we can use them too.... I am not a developer/programmer, so this thing should be done by the tb team. I dont think this is a module thing, it should be implemented in the core of tb as a standard functionality, but we can help tb with some money collecting maybe ?!

Great to hear 😸

PayPal - Order confirmation page skipped, goes to order history
DRMasterChief replied to Janvier's question in Module help
Hi, thank you for this information. Now you are using the stable version - which one is this? And are there the same problems as described before (from theme opener)? thank you -
Hi, i have deleted date of birth and also social title in the following (tb v1.0.4): \themes\yourtheme\authentication-create.tpl \themes\yourtheme\authentication-create-opc.tpl \themes\yourtheme\order-opc-new-account-advanced.tpl \themes\yourtheme\order-opc-new-account.tpl \themes\yourtheme\identity.tpl (advanced is when you have active AEUC module) and this works great. Regarding Paypal, maybe this is helpful: https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/2463-2463/paypal-order-confirmation-page-skipped-goes-to-order-history/
-
@lesley it seems to be black, thank you !! Works much better on my displays and i think other users are ok with this, too. (...i know, grey is that modern in every part of life.... 🙂 )
-
OK, think we have to get used to it. One thing... can you please make the font in #000000 Color Hex Black as standard (it is very hard to read on desktop and also most mobiles). Then it will also fit better to the thirtybees logo 🙂 Thank you!!

PayPal - Order confirmation page skipped, goes to order history
DRMasterChief replied to Janvier's question in Module help
Ah yes, already seen this and it works (copied from the Github file). Can we implement the order no. into the confirmation in any way ? Think this would be enough for most of the customers. Thank you so much :) I am on the best way to finish my tb test shop.... -
PayPal - Order confirmation page skipped, goes to order history
DRMasterChief replied to Janvier's question in Module help
@datakick thank you for the information. This is really a great message and a first step for a solution for this persistent problem. Thank you thousand times! When i change /modules/paypal/controllers/front/expresscheckout.php it works and i get a simple confirmation site (without order ID or something). When i change paypal.php additionally, i get a 500 Error without decrypted error code :( -

Maybe you are interested in this (but still no solution): https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/2391/paypal-return-url -
Yep, i know about the security aspect. But maybe i do not understand everything and i am not a dev (have disturbed your dev-discussion a little bit). This is why i have written my knowledge about the support for PHP 5.x my hoster told me few weeks ago. I have still PHP 5.x active for my 'old' shop and other websites and they told me that this will stay available also in the next months. But now i am listening with interest again to your solution finding for 7.2 ;)
