  1. I was looking for something similar, see https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/806/using-packs-and-combinations-a-possibility-or-is-there-another-solution I don't think it's possible. :(
  2. @manisch I've had that, too, but with a different shop software. Because of that, I think it's often the customer. I've not been running tb long enough to have it happen with tb yet.
  3. @geo86 You can have different categories of attributes. You could call one global and the next product-specific. Then you can mix and match the global ones with the product-specific ones. Would that work for you?
  4. @wakabayashi I just noticed that while the hack fixes the problem on the order creation page, it pushes it further down the line for the first order attempt. Now the error pops up on the next page after clicking "Create the order". But, when I tried a second time, like you wrote above, the order went through. Might there be another spot where some code needs to be edited?
  5. @wakabayashi I turned off multistore but get the same error message. Your hack works perfectly, though! Thank you!
  6. @wakabayashi I'm using 1.0.3. I'll test turning off multistore and also your hack and write again. Thanks! :)
  7. @wakabayashi Thanks for confirming! Multistore is active, but I only have one store. I've tried to create the order multiple times and it still doesn't work. I've also cleared out any unordered carts, etc.
  8. With certain customers, and I haven't been able to figure out which, I'm unable to place a manual back office order. I get this error message when I select any product: An order has already been placed with this cart. This product cannot be added to the cart. Does anyone have an idea how to troubleshoot the issue?
  9. @kryotic said in Floating/Fixed Top Bar: Thanks for suggesting the Sunnytoo themes, they definitely do it. It's a bit too early to invest in TB though. Will be checking out Woo and PS 1.7. I was in your shoes a while back. If you're testing and comparing, I'd recommend focusing on non-theme elements, on functionality, etc., unless you're looking at how easy it is to edit the theme yourself. Each of those alternatives can be made to look similar.
  10. Nice module! @zimmer-media You wrote: "The same applies to products with variants in which the possibly higher purchase price is not available etc" That means the wholesale price of variants isn't used, is that correct? At least it doesn't look like it's being used in my shop.
  11. I canceled an order and the stock was replenished. I had to undo the cancel, though, by moving the status back to waiting for payment. I noticed the stock was not diminished after "uncanceling" it.
  12. Yes, it's quite strange. But my support expired and they weren't able to help while it existed, so I see no sense in extending it. @datakick I'd love your module. I bet it would work as perfectly as all your other modules do. :-)
  13. In the module backend under the tab "tools" the "queue" fills up with stuck SKUs. When that happens, the stock doesn't sync for anything anymore. I have to manually delete the queue then edit each and every stock entry so that it syncs again with Amazon. I've had lots of exchanges with their support. The support person I was assigned to asks the same questions again and again and forgets they already asked the same question further up in the thread.
  14. Picking up on this as I'm really unhappy with the @Common-Services module. It's so buggy when it comes to syncing the stock. Has anyone tried any of the other Amazon marketplace modules?
  15. My friend checked and the CCC worked like a charm. Thank you all for replying!
  16. Thank you all! I activated that and will let the friend check everything out after the holidays and get back to you. @hubbobubbo I'm generally happy with the theme, but I don't know enough to be able to tell whether it's having a negative impact in any way.
  17. Hi, A developer friend commented about our shop that 108 page calls / elements are loaded on the checkout page, including 30 javascript files, 28 stylesheets, and various tracking calls from Stripe, Paypal, GoogleAnalytics, etc. Is this normal or did we get a poorly designed theme (Panda) or did we perhaps do something else wrong? The friend seemed to be especially shocked by the number of javascript files loaded.
  18. @wakabayashi Thanks! Is this perhaps something you can easily copy from the native loyalty module? It's already in there. Yep, I meant a minimum order amount otherwise you can't cash in the loyalty points/the coupon that is generated from the loyalty points.
  19. Thanks, @wakabayashi! I'm testing it now - quite late joining the testing, sorry. I'll do some more in-depth testing later. It looks nice, though! Well thought through. Some comments and questions to help me understand the module: 1. The footer design on url.com/krona is different than on the default on other pages in my website. Have others noticed this, too? The line spacing is larger (and I actually prefer your design!). 2. I'm currently using the native Customer loyalty and rewards v3.0.2 - by thirty bees. I can choose: Import Core Loyality Points to import the existing points into your module, correct? And then I can disable the native module? 3. I don't know how easy this is to achieve, but in the native module points could have an expiry date. I think that, coupled with an email reminder, can be a great way to get people back into your store. Have you thought about such a feature? 4. The native module also allowed to specify a minimum order amount for a coupon to be used. That could be helpful, too. 5. Will customers see their coupons automatically during the checkout process or do they need to visit url.com/krona? 6. Two tiny spelling bugs: Do you want to use gamifacation with leaderboard, avatar, pseudonym etc --> should be gamifIcation // Do you wanna reward existing user with the account creation reward? Don't forget to save the display name settings first. --> Do you want to (instead of wanna) Looking forward to testing further!
  20. I found this: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1116091?hl=en Section: Identical URLs across multiple steps
  21. How does one use funnels/goals in GA as there are no distinct URLs, eg for the checkout page, the payment page, the final confirmation page, etc?
  22. @wakabayashi Nice! I'll be able to test it this weekend. Looking forward to it.
  23. What different newsletter modules do people use?
  24. @mdekker has a module that will be released to the community.
