  1. Nice module! @zimmer-media You wrote: "The same applies to products with variants in which the possibly higher purchase price is not available etc" That means the wholesale price of variants isn't used, is that correct? At least it doesn't look like it's being used in my shop.
  2. I canceled an order and the stock was replenished. I had to undo the cancel, though, by moving the status back to waiting for payment. I noticed the stock was not diminished after "uncanceling" it.
  3. Yes, it's quite strange. But my support expired and they weren't able to help while it existed, so I see no sense in extending it. @datakick I'd love your module. I bet it would work as perfectly as all your other modules do. :-)
  4. In the module backend under the tab "tools" the "queue" fills up with stuck SKUs. When that happens, the stock doesn't sync for anything anymore. I have to manually delete the queue then edit each and every stock entry so that it syncs again with Amazon. I've had lots of exchanges with their support. The support person I was assigned to asks the same questions again and again and forgets they already asked the same question further up in the thread.
  5. Picking up on this as I'm really unhappy with the @Common-Services module. It's so buggy when it comes to syncing the stock. Has anyone tried any of the other Amazon marketplace modules?
  6. My friend checked and the CCC worked like a charm. Thank you all for replying!
  7. Thank you all! I activated that and will let the friend check everything out after the holidays and get back to you. @hubbobubbo I'm generally happy with the theme, but I don't know enough to be able to tell whether it's having a negative impact in any way.
  8. Hi, A developer friend commented about our shop that 108 page calls / elements are loaded on the checkout page, including 30 javascript files, 28 stylesheets, and various tracking calls from Stripe, Paypal, GoogleAnalytics, etc. Is this normal or did we get a poorly designed theme (Panda) or did we perhaps do something else wrong? The friend seemed to be especially shocked by the number of javascript files loaded.
  9. @wakabayashi Thanks! Is this perhaps something you can easily copy from the native loyalty module? It's already in there. Yep, I meant a minimum order amount otherwise you can't cash in the loyalty points/the coupon that is generated from the loyalty points.
  10. Thanks, @wakabayashi! I'm testing it now - quite late joining the testing, sorry. I'll do some more in-depth testing later. It looks nice, though! Well thought through. Some comments and questions to help me understand the module: 1. The footer design on url.com/krona is different than on the default on other pages in my website. Have others noticed this, too? The line spacing is larger (and I actually prefer your design!). 2. I'm currently using the native Customer loyalty and rewards v3.0.2 - by thirty bees. I can choose: Import Core Loyality Points to import the existing points into your module, correct? And then I can disable the native module? 3. I don't know how easy this is to achieve, but in the native module points could have an expiry date. I think that, coupled with an email reminder, can be a great way to get people back into your store. Have you thought about such a feature? 4. The native module also allowed to specify a minimum order amount for a coupon to be used. That could be helpful, too. 5. Will customers see their coupons automatically during the checkout process or do they need to visit url.com/krona? 6. Two tiny spelling bugs: Do you want to use gamifacation with leaderboard, avatar, pseudonym etc --> should be gamifIcation // Do you wanna reward existing user with the account creation reward? Don't forget to save the display name settings first. --> Do you want to (instead of wanna) Looking forward to testing further!
  11. I found this: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1116091?hl=en Section: Identical URLs across multiple steps
  12. How does one use funnels/goals in GA as there are no distinct URLs, eg for the checkout page, the payment page, the final confirmation page, etc?
  13. @wakabayashi Nice! I'll be able to test it this weekend. Looking forward to it.
  14. What different newsletter modules do people use?
  15. @mdekker has a module that will be released to the community.
  16. If one has a shop selling widgets and fidgets under the domain shop.com, does it make sense from a SEO perspective to have either Domains widgets.com and fidgets.com that redirect to shop.com? or Domains widgets.com and fidgets.com with their own tb multi-shop only displaying these products/categories?
  17. @nickon You could download eg https://www.heidisql.com to check for the tables. What system is it?
  18. @zimmer-media said in PayPal v6 .... problem ?: It seems to be related to the AEUC module and the "Advanced checkout page" option. That could be. I don't have it active and if I remember correctly, I had to turn it off because it caused some problems.
  19. @zimmer-media I checked whether it shows up in my shop and it does. I haven't had any problems with v6. I guess you've tried completely removing the module and re-installing it?

    1.0.4 soon?

  21. No, I double checked. See also up above my description.

    1.0.4 soon?

I don't know if you're trying to say that doesn't count, but fact is that there are lots of cookie fines out there directed to private companies: http://privacylawblog.fieldfisher.com/2014/history-in-the-making-the-first-cookie-rule-fines-in-europe/ https://techcrunch.com/2017/09/11/facebook-fined-e1-2m-for-privacy-violations-in-spain/
  23. A p.s.: The order from customer B was paid by credit card (Stripe module) and went to the status "paid" and then automatically to "on backorder (paid)".

    1.0.4 soon?

@drmasterchief That's because it's neither based on the GDPR nor on the old Data Protection Directive, but on the ePrivacy Directive. Also, one needs to differentiate between cookies that are necessary to perform a service explicitly requested by the user (no consent required) and cookies not necessary (consent required). Furthermore, already back in 2014, the Dutch issued a fine of 25,000 EUR for a failure to solicit a cookie consent: https://www.cookielaw.org/blog/2014/12/19/dutch-cookie-law-fine-is-largest-so-far/
  25. I have a product with attributes. I've noticed that sometimes I get negative stock, even though orders should be denied if there isn't enough stock. The setting in the Preferences>Products page is "Deny order" and the Product>Quantities setting is "Default> Deny orders as set in the Products Preferences page". I've now been able to reproduce the issue. Customer A places item with combination Y in shopping cart. Customer B places item with combination Y in shopping cart. Total of items with combination Y placed in shopping cart by Customers A and B exceeds amount in stock. Customer A checks out. Customer B checks out. Stock is now negative and both customers successfully placed their orders.
