A file in the paypal module.

Are you able to manually edit a file on your server? I have a patch I have been testing out, I can make a gist of it if you can edit the file.

I am not sure to their licensing extent, you would need to ask them. I know here lately they have started submitting the domains and transaction data to the ether blockchain for some reason. So it might affect that.

I have only had limited interaction with the module, but I do not like it. I have a customer that uses it with thirty bees and we have had nothing but problems out of it. They used it with PrestaShop first, then we migrated them to thirty bees about 6 months ago. The module was a disaster under PrestaShop as well. I am not sure the extent of all the problems it had, I know they spent several months working with their support for different issues. The one that I have found the most solid is the PresTeamShop one. We have several people using it and it seems to work well without any major bugs.

Where did you purchase the modules from? Each store has their own policy, none track the domains as far as licensing from what I am aware of.

Right, there in lies the problem in using this in the states field.

Is the county actually needed? There is no place in thirty bees for counties, since they are a sub division of states, I can see this only causing problems.

Its honestly something we need to discuss internally.

It must have been in another thread about this module that I stated what happened. We paid a developer in the community to make the module, he took the money and did not deliver a working module.

Hmm strange, it does support the latest versions. Have you tried contacting their support? Since it worked for me, I am thinking there is some other issue somewhere.

It does, but you have to realize that the library that it uses for ip addresses is no longer maintained.

I think your issue is server related. I just signed up for a mailjet account and tested the module on a test installation and it worked for me. Can you run this on your site and either paste or link the output, https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/

Th things the module needs for the store are really just meta files, they would not hurt with the prestashop release of the module, so you could add them all to the same repo without any issues.

That is strange, that error is usually one that happens because the tsl is the wrong version. Can you send me a link to the module you are using.

What version of ssl / tls does your server support?

Yes, things should work with 7.2, you might get some notices, but the functionality should work.

Are you getting more traffic? Basically what is happening when a user accesses your site a database connection is made to store data and present data to them. So more people would make more database connections causing this issue.

Your database has too many connections and is disallowing people to connect. 100% a server issue.

Have you tried turning all caches off on your site?

Are you getting any errors in the log?

I would change it back then, it looks like our template uses a later version of font awesome than their template does.

I would look in your theme folder first at themes/theme name/ modules/blocksocial/blocksocial.tpl If that file is there change it out.
