  1. Hmm weird, what version of php is the server running?
  2. Hmm, where are you seeing this error?
  3. It should not be too difficult. I don't know our position on modifying the theme right now though.
  4. Thanks everyone that voted, I noticed we made it to the top. If you all could vote on this one, https://alternativeto.net/software/shopify/ it could help with the thirty bees exposure.
  5. What I have done is a bit weird. When you run your own mail server you can grab the sent mail. So I look for the password reset mail sent to the customer and try it myself.
  6. We will have an announcement about the updater this coming week.
  7. Will do.
  8. They are in the pipeline, I would stay with your current module until we get them done.
  9. Ahh, did you try to talk to them as well?
  10. We talked about making an olark module once, but the people at olark do not understand software licensing.
  11. Awesome, thanks
  12. It should automatically be deferred to the bottom of the page.
  13. I have posted an update here, https://thirtybees.com/blog/thirty-bees-update-how-you-can-help/
  14. They should be fixed in 1.0.4
  15. Great looking site!
  16. Thanks foo!
  17. Since there has been lots of interest in helping us out with things, I am trying to put together a post this week about things users / community members can do to help from all levels of expertise.
  18. @hubbobubbo The hosting fees we really cannot do anything about. As for the email I am looking into it, so I am not sure if we can reduce it or not. Its likely going to take a lot of programming time away from the core switching email providers, that is why we haven't in the past.
  19. You are not. Please enjoy what software you are going to use and make your departure.
  20. It is not here currently. I think either Nemo or Presto-changeo has a module that allows that.
  21. I do not really know what to say. You discovered a bug and it was open for 5 days, then you leave. There are several paid stripe modules that work with thirty bees. You could have rolled back the module. There are lots of things that could have been done. Being 100% honest, the thing that bothers me the most is this. We make business software. Software that people use to run businesses to make money off of. It is free, it is open source, it generally works great except for a couple of bugs. You hit a bug and you leave. You don't want to buy a module to fix the problem, you don't want to pay for a fix from a community member, you just want to leave. I just don't know how to take that. Sure, the module should work, and I am very sorry that an update was introduced that broke it on your shop. But I am just astounded. You have no problem paying for your hosting. You have no problem paying your taxes or your employees. But paying for a piece of software is a deal breaker. I just don't know what to say. Do you not value what I, Michael, or the other community members do?
  22. @nickon it is a time and overhead issue. We don't have the time to maintain another software package.
  23. @nickon I read through them, unfortunately for most of them we do not have the money nor the labor to correct / change / do a lot of them.
  24. @FooLab The features just are not there. We use Mailchimp to segment our lists ect. If we switch to sendy, we have to buy it, maintain it, and pay for the sends. Then we have to spend more time designing each email as well. A lot more time. Time is not something we have an excess of. Also we use mailchimp to deliver all of the forum emails as well. Our server could not handle that much email.
  25. No problem. I want it to succeed. The project is not about money to us, it is about creating something better.
