  3. Hi, we had such strange behaviour with PS 1.6.x, i tried to use it and saved date, then the complete system crashed and PS does not a thing anymore, BO was dead.... Only the reset of database part was helpful, so maybe be careful -- but not sure if tb uses this in the same way. We have to handle the mails in an other system, so never tried this in tb.

  5. Sorry to write here in bug section, but since a few days i cant see the new / actual topics at the first page of forum. Is this new or any kind of bug ? Before this, i have seen all last topics/answers when i click on the logo at the left top, site refreshes and tadaaa 🙂 but now this doesnt work anymore. Only with a click at 'recent posts' on the left i can see them. thank you
  6. In our testshop this works the same like @colorful-ant and there are both links in the text and clickable. I tried to add a 3rd link (for GDPR) but without success.... anyone with an hint for this?
  7. OT: just a short question to @led24ee : it seems you have a lot of problems, i think this is caused by a Theme, not by thirtybees, is it ?
  8. I absolutely understand that point, but it's exactly this..... small team, small budget, maybe a lot of things to do or a lot of ideas. But.... there are a lot of updates and a superb quality of work - even for such a small team and such a small budget! I think they do a better job and more useful updates than a PS -Team with maybe 5 times more people.... btw. thank you for this to all developers 😍
  9. I honestly have to say that i can not understand why some people/users are in such hurry? The best way to develop a project / a business / an idea, is to work smooth and to be deliberate. This would have the best success, and not any updates a week with doubtful changes or things that we do not need. tb 1.0.8 is a good and stable system, which you can use for a productive shop and business, maybe it is a little bit more stable than 1.1.0 (in some things), but this you have try for your own. Sometimes i think about the future of the project (i already did not use tb productive, as we are not finished with some things), but even if there were disruptions or the termination of the project, we would still have a stable system that we could use for many more months until you switch to a different shop system.
  10. Hello, looks like the 'old' problem... there are a lot of solutions for PS and tb in the web, maybe you will do a search. There can be 2 possible problems coming from theme or translations: 1. Try also in back office: -> localization -> translations -> your theme -> emails templates -> modify -> mailalerts -> new_order -> change subject to "New order" -> then save (some themes has got this subject and sometimes it does not work). 2. There must be folders and ALL files in it, for each language in the email templates. Try to copy the standard folder and rename it, then you can try to use it with your theme.

  13. OK thank you. Does anyone have an idea how to display the 'confirm order' button can be placed below the row with articles? In Germany we have the regulation, that this button has to be below a summary with the articles, and it is not allowed to have something between the articles and the 'confirm order' button. (There are some other regulations, too, but this is one of the important thing when we will use the Chex module). Maybe the developer @datakick can help with an 'German version' 🙄 Thank you.

  16. Hi, seems that the 1.1.0 version does have some of these 'cosmetical' problems until know. Maybe you can use the 1.0.8 version, this is without problems and you can easily upgrade to 1.1.0 in a few time when everything goes smooth with the newest version. The 1.0.8 is not an old one, it is the normal stable version and a lot of people use it.
  17. Thats the point! (interesting discussion here, btw.) The world gets more and more visual, clickable and maybe 'stupidal'. Not one young merchant who looks for a shop system is interested in such things, he see a 'nice' theme and will install it with a one-click-solution - if it doesnt work, it doesnt fit... and hop to the next shop system.

Hi Occam, i have updated my test shop to 1.1.0 and i am using NOT Niara or standard theme, i am using a 3rd party theme and this was flawless from 1.0.8 to 1.1.0 , also all the modules shows in BO. Can you please give more details about your problem? What do you mean with 'custom modules' and maybe this only happens to Transformer theme?
  19. Hi! Naja von unnötigen Fällen steht im Gesetz nix.... von daher ist es immer notwendig. Was genau dann die richtigen Merkmale wären ist aber nicht so einfach zu sagen, das ist bei der Vielzahl von Dingen die man so kaufen kann sehr unterschiedlich... Wie hast du das mit dem Kaufen-Button gelöst? Da hatte ich ja was dazu geschrieben und das kann ein echtes Problem sein!!

Ich schaue mir grade datakick Modul für den Checkout an, https://store.getdatakick.com/en/modules/chex-one-page-checkout ( ) wobei das leider auch keine Produktmerkmale im Checkout hat und dazu noch ein Problem mit der Button-Lösung macht, denn die scrollende Übersicht der Artikel führt dazu, daß der "Kaufen" Button eventuell höher angesiedelt ist als der Gesamtbetrag inkl. aller Kosten, wenn man mehrere Artikel im Warenkorb hat. Das wäre nach der Buttonlösung nicht erlaubt. Hat jemand Chex (das ist das o.g. Modul) im Einsatz in einem deutschen Shop und habt ihr es ggf. so umgebastelt daß man es verwenden kann, oder wäre das umbasteln überhaupt möglich?
  21. Hello, not sure, but was it by Paypal through Stripe? We expect a lot of delays here from Paypal in the last days, confirmation from Paypal was delayed for hours and payments was also not visible directly in Paypal. So maybe this causes in a weird database / account / number chaos in your shop?

I have found the following and i think it points to my idea: in the file \chex\views\css find the following (in 0.6.3 version it is line 448) .chex-input { flex-grow: 1; width: 100%; min-height: 92px; } -- so you are right 🙂 and with changing the min-height to e.g. 63px the space between the rows is much smaller, nice !
  23. Hi, at the moment i am trying Chex for my 1.0.8, which is still in progress, but we will go live in this year. Thank you for the great module, it is really a nice thing. After some tests on different computers, tablets and smartphones, i will change the following: the rows are too wide in space when you enter 'personal details', it would be much better for customers to have all (or as much as possible) data on one screen. This can be done easily when we can make the space between the rows smaller. I am not an CSS specialist, so maybe you can tell me where and how to do? Maybe this would be a general thing which you can think about? Picture is also added:

I absolutely agree to this: https://github.com/thirtybees/thirtybees/issues/1086#issuecomment-547341365 Dotless domains are useless in such surroundings like an onlineshop 😉 We can not control or do anything if an customer does not check his mails, but we should be correct to raise a technical correct email address, just to make sure the customer did not forget to type it correct (and they will forget a lot when typing their address or similar......)
